Privacy notice

This website is operated by Jannink IT (KvK 56428421), Bentelo, Twente, The Netherlands. This notice explains what personal data the site processes and why.

No tracking

The site uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Fonts and all other assets are served from this domain, so visiting the site does not send your data to third parties.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, your name, email address, optional company name and message are sent to info@jannink-it.eu by email, through Microsoft 365, which hosts the Jannink IT mailbox. They are used only to answer your message and to follow up on it, and are kept no longer than needed for that purpose and for any resulting business relationship. The legal basis is your consent and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

To protect the form against abuse, a one-way hash of your IP address is stored on the web server for up to one hour to limit the number of messages that can be sent. It is not used for anything else.

Hosting

The site is hosted by a Dutch hosting provider, whose web servers keep standard access logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to its use. Email info@jannink-it.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
